Being a Studio Manager for Stray Dogg Entertainment is a great privilege and holds many responsibilities.

1. WebCam Studios MUST ALWAYS act as a Representative of the Stray Dogg Entertainment Network in a Professional Manner.

2. WebCam Studios must recruit the best possible models to fill our many Categories.

3. WebCam Studios need to collect and verify all Model's documents and photos and upload them into our Studio System.

4. WebCam Studios need to assist Models with setup process and manage their career with SDE.

5. WebCam Studios need to make sure that all models are paid on time every time by verifying all payment information and having your models signed up here on StrayDoggEntertainment.com

6. WebCam Studios are not to share in house SDE information with anybody else.  All company business is Confidential Information.

7. WebCam Studios need to be very familiar with Stray Dogg Entertainment's operating procedures.

8. WebCam Studios need to know the Rules on any of our Networks the Studio is operating on.

WebCam Studio Commissions are for each and every minute for all of their webcam models.

All below prices can go up for extra time online, long term employment, high conversion %, high gross revenue, etc.

StraysXXXCams Broadcasting

This is Stray Dogg Entertainment's #1 WebCam Broadcasting Network.

Pay Days are weekly with a week lag in payment.  Studios get a total of 28% to 30% to start.  Depending on experience, abilities, and amount of models and revenue being generated.  Models pay is included in these %'s.  Through promotions done by  studios and models the Studio payout can increase 10% to 30% of total gross sales.

This network is driving so much traffic and our conversion rates are extremely high.  Everyone is making money!

Stray's MFC Broadcasting:

Pay Periods: 1st to the 15th paid out between the 16 to 18th.

16th to the last day of the month paid out between the 1st and the 3rd.

Studios start at 35% of gross sales and can go up to as high as 40% for high sales.
