Studio Manager Responsibilities
Being a Studio Head for Stray Dogg Entertainment is a great privilege and holds many responsibilities.
The role of Studio Head is to recruit the best possible models for adult webcam work, ensure that model forms and information are filled out and uploaded correctly into the Studio Site, assist models with the set up process, answer all questions in a timely manner, and act as a representative of Stray Dogg Entertainment. You have to provide all contact information, payroll info, and required paperwork for models to Owner(Jason) immediately upon activating a new model.
In order to be successful in this role, it is vital for Studio Heads to be very familiar with Stray Dogg Entertainment’s expectations, operating procedures, customer service, as well as host site rules and regulations so that all questions can be addressed accurately.
Getting Started Advertising
Create your Studio account on http://www.straydoggentertainment.com and build your Profile Page. Be very descriptive as this will come in handy once you start posting Blogs and adding Friends.
Our BackPage Autoposting Software will get you out there and help you reach more people than most anything.

Craigslist will bring you more Models than anything while you are getting started.
Create Studio accounts on the following sites right away: Make sure to link/connect all of your online Profiles on different sites.

The sites listed on the Share Tool built in on your Studio Page has other very useful sites to create accounts on. USE YOUR SHARE TOOL!
Put up some HotFrog Ads and start using our Monster Blogging System and BackPage AutoPoster right away. These are going to be some of your best resources for finding Models.
Go to the bottom of www.straydoggentertainment.com/-page-32573.html and submit your Studio Page to the Search Engines with those Free Submission websites.
Make sure to do new advertising everyday as the search engines are using live results now. Not only that, but other peoples new ads will show up on top of yours on a lot of sites.

Sign Up Process for WebCam Models
1. Fill out a Model Application
2. Upload Documents and photos
3. Sign Up on StrayDoggEntertainment.com and Edit your Profile to fill out your payment information.
4. Once Activated, download the software and start making money.

Getting a Model Activated: Studios with access to VS Studio Site
Here are the steps to take once you receive the 2257, color copy of ID, headshot and at least 2 bodyshots. All steps are done on http://studios.vs.com.
1. Request Stage Name
a. Click “Request New Stage Name.”
2. Add a Performer
a. Once the stage name has been approved, go into same category “Request New Stage Name” and click “Add Performer.” Fill in the requested Model Info.
3. Upload Documents
a. Click on the “Forms” tab at the top of the page. Upload the 2257, return to documents page, then upload ID.
4. Upload Headshot
a. Go the the “General” tab and scroll to bottom. This is where you upload the headshot. Make sure your model is not wearing a hat or sunglasses for the headshot.
5. Upload Pictures
a. Click on “Pics” tab to upload the rest of the photos.
Once the photos have been approved, you can go into the “Pending Models” category, click your model’s stage name, and click “Request Activation” from the General Page.
Adding Couples and Threesomes
Each person wanting to join another person for webcam needs to first get approved with an individual account. Once individual accounts are approved, they can then be combined. Here are the steps to do that.
1. Request New Stage Name
a. Go back into the “Request New Stage Name” tab.
b. Combine the stage names of the Models separated by _AND_.
c. Example: TINY_TINA_AND_BIG_JIM
2. Add Performer
a. Once stage name is approved, click “Add Performer.”
b. Select the number of people to be on the account.
c. Select names to be combined out of the drop down box of model names.
3. Add Headshot
a. Under the “General” tab, scroll to the bottom to upload headshot of couple or threesome together.
4. Upload Pictures
a. Under “Pics” tab, upload photos of the couple or threesome together.
Once photos have been approved, go into “Pending Models” category, click stage name and “Request Activation” from the General Page.
Once Account is Activated
Once the model account has been activated, email the following forms in the Activated email(following 2 pages): W-9, Broadcasting Rules, Model Manual, and Tips to be a Successful WebCam Model.
Make sure to fill in the username and password on the bottom of the email.
Activating a Model on MyFreeCams
1. Click on Add a Model
2. Username = Stagename Must be 13 Characters or less.
3. Password = First Name Initial + Last Name + 1
4. Click on Create New Model
5. Click on Click Here to Enter New Model Set up Area.
6. Click on Upload Documents. Fill in Full Name, Date of Birth. Click view and sign Contract. Scroll Down and Sign Contract. Close Contract Window.
7. Upload Identification
8. Click on Upload Photos. Upload Avatar Photo(No Nudity). Upload Main Photo(Best Photo). Upload at least one more photo. If you only have one or two photos for the model, use them more than once.
9. Send Model the Below Activated Email. Make sure to fill in their username and password.
Activated Email: Activated for Stray's MyFreeCams
This is where you will login for your account on Stray's MyFreeCams.
This will be your Model Administrative area for this Network.
Login is case sensitive.
username: password: 1
Make sure to go over the Broadcasting Rules.
